Alice F. "Fay" Neal, 67, of Burlington died Wednesday, Nov. 18 at her home.
She was a cook with TA Truck Stop in Walton.
Her husband, William Neal, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sons, Marvin Neal of Burlington and Billy Neal of Erlanger; daughter, Pamela Thorne of New York; stepdaughter, Bobbie Deppe of North Vernon, Ind.; brother, Lucion Stephens of Dry Ridge; sisters, Lee Ann of Mobile, Ala. and Betty of Hazeville, N.C.; and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 at Stith Funeral Home in Florence. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.
