Andrew Nuerge

Andrew Joseph Nuerge (Andy) died unexpectedly and naturally in his home in Cape Coral, Florida on Sunday, July 23rd, 2017 at the age of 33.
Andy is survived by his parents William and Teri Nuerge of Independence, Kentucky; his son Travis Nuerge; siblings Amy, Aaron, Branden, Josh, Austin, Kelsey, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Andy is preceeded in death by his grandparents Corydon & Josephine Nuerge and John and Dorothy Davie.
Andy was born on June 25th, 1984 in Lafayette, Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with honors in Political Science and History, then continued to earn his Juris Doctor in International Law from Bond University in Australia in 2009. Andy was a licensed attorney.
Andy's many accomplishments in life include his opportunity to study UK Governance at Oxford University in England in 2005, as well as Political Science at Leiden University in the Netherlands in 2006 where he was a participant of the school's basketball club.
Andy was an adventurous spirit, passionate about life, family and friends. He enjoyed nature, fishing, boating, music, photography and playing guitar.
A visitation is scheduled for Saturday, July 29th, 2017 from 2:00pm-4:00pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Taylor Mill, Kentucky with funeral service to follow.
