40 of Edgewood, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015. He was a gifted musician and song writer. Anthony was loved greatly by his family. He is survived by his parents Tom and Roseann Patton; grandmother Theresa Giardina; brother Tommy; daughters Jessica and Aubrey; 3 grandchildren; Godparents Aunt Nan and Uncle Nick; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and Stephanie Lloyd. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 11 am until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
