Arthur Lee Plybon, 56. Of Covington, KY died Friday, September 24, 2010 Cincinnati Veterans Hospital. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was born on August 25, 1954 in Campbell County, KY. He is survived by his dearest friend, Daisy Monroe. One daughter: Natasha Allen, Norfolk, VA. 2 brothers: Mike (Debbie) Plybon, Warsaw, KY Chris Plybon, Covington, KY Sister: Kathy (Tim) Meyer-Nagel One grandchild. His interment was in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Floral Hills Funeral Home, Covington, KY served the family.
