Arthur Shoemake, Sr.
73, of Morningview, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at his home. He was a veteran of the US Army and retired from Cincinnati Milicron. Arthur also was the equipment manager for the Scott High School Football Team. He is survived by his wife June Shoemake. Arthur is also survived by his children Belinda Evans of Independence, KY, Tracy (Tom) Ainsworth of Independence, KY and Joe (Molly) Shoemake of Taylor Mill, KY; grandchildren Kristina, Ron, Trenna, Tyler, Jacob, Anna, Colton and Bill; great grandchildren Nate, Aubrey, Brantley, Peyton and Addyson; step great grandchildren Lexi and Jaydn; sisters Audrey Fronsoe and Vicki Gyrna; brother Dale Shoemake. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Taylor Mill, KY on Monday, September 22, 2014 from 6pm until 9pm. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 11am. Burial with Military Honors will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorials suggested to the American Cancer Society or St. Elizabeth Hospice.
