Ava Hall

Ava Lee Hall, 71, of Crescent Springs, died Thursday at Rosedale Manor, Latonia.
She was a retired nurse's aide from Garrard Convalescent Home, Covington, and a member of Open Door Community Church of God, Erlanger.
Her husband, Andrew Carroll, died in 1991. Children, Shirley Carroll and David Carroll, died in 1965.
Survivors include sons, Alvin Carroll Sr. of Latonia and John Carroll Sr. of Crescent Springs; a daughter, Opal Ladd of Latonia; a sister, Jule Lee Elliott of Pineville; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, Latonia. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
