Barbara E. Rector,

79 of Florence, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020. She enjoyed reading, sewing and always found time for redecorating her home. Barbara is survived by her husband of 29 years, Thomas Rector. She is also survived by her daughter Yvonne Rena (Jerry) Ping; step daughters Erica (Matthew) Schmidt and Shannon Roland; grandchildren Brittany, Tiffany, Bailee, Michael, Jacob, Joshua, Samantha and Jaelyn; great grandchildren Stella and Charlotte; sister Darlene Hutson; many extended family members and friends. Barbara is preceded in death by her son Russell Keith Bowen. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Monday, December 21, 2020 from 5pm until 7pm. Private family burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic please remember to wear a mask and maintain social distance while in the funeral home.
