Beatrice Armao

Beatrice Armao, 93 of Edgewood, KY passed away on September 28, 2016 at Carmel Manor Nursing Home. She retired as Head of Social Services with the V.A. Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She defied all the odds of her time, working in US Embassy's over the course of 10 years living in Europe. She was fluent in four languages and received degrees from New York University and the University of Louisville. Beatrice is survived by her Daughter, Allison Armao (John McDonough) of Fort Thomas, KY and 2 Grandchildren, Adrienne and Ian. The Service and Entombment will be private and at the convenience of the family at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY. Floral Hills Funeral Home is serving the family.
