Betty L. May, 80, of Bowdon, Ga., formerly of Taylor Mill, died Thursday at Redmond Hospital, Rome, Ga.
She was a retired insurance agent from Roeding Insurance, Fort Mitchell, and a member of Bowdon Baptist Church, Joy Singers, and the As-You-Like-It Club
A daughter, Deborah Cox, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Carl Wayne Cox Jr. of Nevada; a daughter, Diane Bingham of Bowdon, Ga.; a brother, William L. Thornton Jr. of Independence; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held on Monday at Latonia Baptist Church. Burial is in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, 297 Buttermilk Pike, Fort Mitchell, Ky. 41017.
Swindler and Currin Funeral Home, Latonia, handled the arrangements.
