Beverly Funaro

Beverly Helen Funaro (nee Anderson),64, of Walton, formerly of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Munkfors, Sweden, passed away in her home on June 13, 2018. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on July 14, 1953 to the late Wendell and Helen (Berggren) Anderson. On March 18, 1989 Bev married August (Russ) Funaro, who survives.
Bev was a gifted baker as well as an avid fisherwoman. She was a selfless person who enjoyed being the family organizer and party planner. A world traveler who spoke several languages, Bev's passion was to learn new things. She also enjoyed making improvements to things already in existence. Bev will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Along with her husband, Bev is survived by her brothers Douglas (Lynn) Anderson and Roger Anderson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren and extended family members.
The family requests memorial contributions in Bev's memory to Mayo Clinic Department of Development, Cardiology Research, 200 First St. SW, Rochester, MN 55905.
