Bill Mahan,
79 of Independence, Kentucky passed away Friday, August 5, 2016 at St Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, Kentucky. He was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church and retired from CSX Railroad in 1990. Bill is preceded in death by his wife Edith Mahan. He is survived by his children Billy Ray (Pam) Mahan, Jerry (Danielle) Mahan, Danny (Criss) Mahan, Randy (Susan) Mahan and Tim Mahan; step children Pam Hicks, Kathy (Gary) Schulte and Connie (Mike) Thompson; sister Faye (Jerry) Rogers; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Memorials suggested to Hickory Grove Baptist Church. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 11 am until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm.
