Bonnie Lucas

Bonnie Sue Lucas, 61, of Taylor Mill passed away on September 22, 2018 at St Elizabeth, Edgewood. She was born on February 9, 1957 to Jack and Lillian Nezi. Bonnie married John Lucas, and they have enjoyed 43 years together. Bonnie was a 39 year member of Trinity Episcopal Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and lived her life to the fullest. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her father Jack Nezi and her brother Thomas Nezi.
Along with her loving husband John, Bonnie is survived by her mother Lillian Nezi; her children Tyler (Anna) Lucas, Philip Lucas, Lauren (Adam) Smock; grandchildren Lexie, Madison, Lucas, Landon, Ella, Carter and Hayden; brothers Dale Nezi, Jack Nezi, Jr.; sister Marilyn Noll; as well as nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made to Trinity Episcopal Church. Envelopes will be available at the church.
A visitation will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, 16 East 4th Street Covington, KY 41011 on September 26, 2018 from 10 am until time of service at 12pm. Burial in Independence Cemetery. A reception will be held immediately following the burial at Odd Fellows Hall 6 East 5th Street Covington, KY 41011. Floral Hills Funeral Home is assisting the family.
