Carl Wayne Cox, Jr., 56, passed away on February 26, 2011 at his residence in Springcreek, Nevada. He was formerly of Taylor Mill, KY. He had worked in the Elko County Nevada Sheriff's Office since 1994 and was a retired Air Force Veteran. He was preceded in death by his Mother; Betty L. May and his sister; Deborah Cox. Surviving is his wife; Pat Cox of Nevada; daughter; Christie Banks of Covington, KY, father; Carl W. Cox, Sr. of Florida, step-sons; Rick & Mike Keema of Nevada, step-daughter; Traci Reyes of Nevada, sister; Diane Bingham of Georgia, 4 grandchildren in Kentucky and several grandchildren in Nevada and 2 great grandchildren. Memorial service at Latonia Baptist Church in Latonia, KY on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. Interment and Honor Guard service at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY.
