Carla Ferrell

Carla Mae Ferrell, 50, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on March 29, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father; Joseph Carl Ferrell. Carla is survived by her mother and step father, Nancy and Jeffrey Stafford; brother James Ferrell; sisters Leigh Beloukid, Joanna Joseph (Calvin), Tiffany Boutwell (Timothy) , Kristen Matgen (Michael); and 10 beloved nieces and nephews.
Carla led her life by faith in God which sustained her through her long illness. She attended Crossroads Community Church and The Vineyard Tri County Church. Carla enjoyed hiking, hang gliding, water skiing and rapelling, but her favorite place to be was on the beach. She was a compassionate person who cared for others and was always available in their time of need. Carla's loss will be felt deeply by the many people whose lives she touched.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church from 5 pm until 8 pm. Funeral services will take place at 10 am on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
