Charles Foulks II, 64, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Bromley, died Wednesday at his residence.
He was a retired security officer from Security Forces Inc. and a Navy veteran.
Survivors include sons, Douglas Foulks of Oldsmar, Fla., and Danny Foulks of Brandon, Fla.; his mother, Lillian Finders of Tampa, Fla.; his stepmother and father, Ruth and Charles Foulks Sr. of Bromley; sisters, Dixie Meyer and Pat Wartman, both of Bromley, and Sharon Barnhorst of Cincinnati; stepbrothers, James Morehead of Manchester, Ind., and Herbert Bush of Tampa, Fla.; and one grandchild.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, Ludlow. Visitation will be from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
Memorials are suggested to the Redwood School, 71 Orphanage Road, Fort Mitchell, Ky. 41017.
