Chelsea Renee Snapp, 28 of Cincinnati, Ohio formerly of Florence, KY passed away on November 3, 2017. She was preceded in death by her Sister, Amanda Snapp. Chelsea is survived by her Children: Madeline Grace Egan and Amanda Louise Snapp; Parents: Tony and Christal Snapp; Brothers: Tony Dale Snapp, Bradlee Ryan Snapp and Cody Wallace Brandt; Grandmother: Vicki Brooks; Fiance: Nicholas Allan Giordullo. The Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Floral Hills Funeral Home from 11 am until the Service at 1 pm. Interment will follow in Independence Cemetery.
