Christian “Chris” Bryce Weber
Chris passed away unexpectedly on early Friday morning, September 29th, at his home in Ludlow, KY. He had just turned 24 on September 1st. Chris was a graduate of Ludlow High School and has worked as a tire technician. He loved spending time with his friends and was always up for an adventure to try new things. While in school, Chris played multiple sports, including baseball, football, basketball, and track. Chris was a huge fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and would try to attend games as often as possible. Who Dey!
Chris had always been great working on things with his hands. He spent much of his downtime growing up teaching himself to play guitar, solve a Rubik’s cube, repair a slot machine, and even built a working model engine. He went on to attain five auto-related certifications from technical school and used those skills while at work and in everyday life.
By far, Chris’s biggest passion in life was his love for animals, especially dogs. If it were possible, Chris would have adopted any and every dog that needed a home. He would often find stray dogs in the street and then help find them new homes if they didn’t already have an owner. Chris had two dogs at home that he adopted himself and loved more than anything.
Chris was preceded in death by grandparents Vivian and Marian “Booty” Rust; grandfather Alpha “Al” Weber; and two of his dogs, Mylo and Kirby. Chris is survived by his loving mother Jerri Lynn Pence; father Troy (Teresa) Weber; brothers Gary (Karissa) Pence, Clint (Melissa) Weber, Alex Weber, and Austin (Caitlyn) Weber; his sister Allison (Christopher) Gibson; grandparents JoAnn and Doug Schweitzer; nieces Adalee Weber, and Kinsley Pence, Harper and Hayden Gibson; and his two beloved dogs Buck and Goober.
