Clara, 95, passed away May 7, 2011. Devoted mother of Fred (Gora) Watts of Jacksboro, TN and Charles (Wanda) Watts of Nancy, KY. Clara is the proud grandmother of 6, great grandmother of 14 and great great grandmother of 6. Loving sister of Matha White of Hazard, KY. Clara is preceded in death by 4 brothers, Tom, Mart, Willie and Charlie and 1 sister, Elizabeth. Visitation will be Tuesday May 10 from 6 to 9pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring. Services will be Wednesday May 11 at 11am at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Floral Hills. Donations may be made to Hospice of Blue Grass in Hazard, KY.
