Constance Finfrock

Constance “Coni” Dijoni Finfrock, 67, of Independence Ky., passed away peacefully at her home on December 27th, 2020.  Coni worked tirelessly for several years at Skyline Chili in Florence, Toys R Us in Florence, and most recently at Kroger in Independence.  She was a life-long fan of the Rolling Stones.  Thankfully, Coni was able to attend her first Stones concert at Soldier Field in Chicago in the summer of 2019 along with several of her family members.  She enjoyed sewing and was an avid fan of the TV show Law and Order.  Coni is survived by her children; daughter, Summer (Jason) Smith and son, Jason Watson; her grandchildren, Olivia Watson, Sarah Watson, Brady Smith, and Lucas Smith; her sisters, Cheryl (James) Kassner, Charlene (Robert) Cornwell, Christina (Bud) Jackson, and Crystal Watson; niece Aimee (Ross) Allen along with her children Elliott Gough and Scarlett Allen; nephew, Scott Jackson along with an extensive list of loving family members and friends.  Coni is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Watson; and her daughter-in-law, Jennifer Watson.

Services will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Taylor Mill Ky. on January 5th, 2021.  A public visitation will be held from 11am – 1pm with the private funeral to follow at 1pm.  Condolences can also be expressed online at www.floralhillsmemorialgardens.com.  The funeral service will be available via live streaming by clicking on the link below.  Donations can be made in Coni's name to the American Cancer Society at https://www.cancer.org  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we ask that all attendees maintain proper social distancing and wear a mask at all times.
