Dale Evans

Dale Patrick Evans, 76 of Taylor Mill, Ky passed away on August 30th surrounded by his family. He owned and operated Dental Creations for approximately 50 years. He devoted his work life to always helping those in need when it came to putting a smile on a customer’s face. He was a worshiper of Christ, avid UK fan, enjoyed watching golf on TV. Liked playing cards especially Texas Holdem and loved going to Skyline Chili. In his early years, he enjoyed coaching during the Taylor Mill Booster days, then onto sponsoring and coaching the DC Comets, and won the South Regional Championship. He also coached 8 years with the Raiders youth football team. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Eddie and Vonnell Evans and a sister, Judy Jones. Dale is survived by his Loving Wife of 39 years, Debra Rugg Evans; Children, Melissa Sears, Dale Richard Evans, Dane Evans (Tiffany) and Zachary Evans (Audrey). Grandchildren, Charlotte, Emerson, Jay, Jayda, Natalie, Keegan, Annabelle, Jaxon, Lexi, Dane, Jr., and Kyler; Brother-in-Law, Ron Jones; Sister-in-Law, Lisa Rugg; Brother-in-Law, John Rugg, his wife, Neeta and children. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Floral Hills Funeral Home (CHAPEL B) from 11 am until the Service at 1 pm. A private burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
