David Earl Blackburn, 53 of Gravel Switch, KY passed away on August 25, 2015 at McDowell Hospital in Danville, KY. He is survived by his Mother: Gracie Whitt Blackburn; Sisters: Emma Harrington and Georgia Hensley ; Brother: Claude Blackburn and 3 Nieces: Ashley Watson, Brittany Harrington and Natasha Harrington. The Memorial Service will be on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Taylor Mill, KY from 10 AM until 12 PM. Interment will be private for the family.
