David Poe

David E. Poe, 58 of Independence, Kentucky passed away tragically on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at his place of employment. He was employed at GXO Logistics in Florence, Kentucky. He was born in Fort Thomas, Kentucky on May 23, 1964 to Gene Poe and Janice Claypool Arthur. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Dallas Arthur.  He leaves behind a loving family who will miss him dearly. He was a great father, son, brother, grandpa and friend.

He is survived by his only son, Kyle Poe, his only grandson, Bennett Poe, his dad and stepmother, Gene and Sharon Poe, his mother Janice Arthur, sisters, Vicki (Greg) Spaulding, Nicole (Ibn) Lee and one brother Bill Poe, his nieces, Amanda Poe and Chloe Gallagher, nephews, Joey Poe, Sean Poe and Collin Gallagher
He also leaves behind a hosts of cousins and friends. There will be a gathering of family and friends Tuesday, October 4, 2022, from 5-7 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Taylor Mill.
