Deiby "David" Uriel Perez Rodriguez a loving husband and father passed in peace and went home to be with the Lord at the age of 41, on March 22, 2022 at the University of Cincinnati. Owner of Performance Roofing located in Independence, Ky. David is survived by his wife, Pam Perez, and two sons, David Perez Jr. and Dominique Perez, three step-daughters, Brittany Ballard, Ashley Anderson, and Lauren Ballard. Followed by five grandchildren Ellodey, Jayden, Amora, Haisley and Onyx. David's father Jose Diego Perez Serrano and mother Margarita Rodriguez Puerto (deceased), brothers Diego Perez, Antonio Arreola Rodriguez, sisters Bibiana Leonor Perez Castillo, Yadira Perez Castillo, Paola Arcos Rodriguez, and Jazmin Castillo. Along with many extended family members and friends.

On Saturday April 2nd a celebration of life will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens

5336 Old Taylor Mill Rd, Covington, Ky 41015. Visitation will be between 11:00 and 12:30, Funeral service will be at 12:30pm. Burial will immediately follow in Independence Cemetery.

David is a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and grandfather. David dedicated his life to being a great provider for his family, wife, and loved helping others in need. David was deep-rooted in his Hispanic culture, loved music, soccer, and enjoyed the thrill of fast cars and trucks.

David will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving father and husband, devoted friend, hard worker, his love for children and making people smile.
