Dennis Ray Mullins, Sr., 62 of Alexandria, KY passed away on May 5, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Health Care Hospice. He was preceded in death by his Father: John Wellington Mullins and a Brother: Sonny Mullins. Dennis is survived by his Life Partner: Tim Harmon; Mother: Mary Evelyn Thornberry; Son: Dennis Ray Mullins, Jr.; Brothers: John L. Mullins, Roger Mullins and Bruce Mullins; Grandchildren: Jada, Alec, Aden and Macy. The Graveside Service will be on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 11 AM at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
