82 of Covington, Kentucky passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Villa Springs Care Center. He was retired from Turfway Park Race Track and a US Army Veteran who served during the Korean War. Donald was a Masonic Lodge Member and a Kentucky Colonel. He is preceded in death by his wife Dee Dixon.
