Donna Ellison

Donna Wentworth Ellison, 90 of Independence, Ky passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 25, 2022.  She was a member of St. Mark United Church of Christ in Latonia, Ky and was Owner/Operator of Ellison’s Family Market in Latonia.  She loved life and all her family and friends passionately. She hosted all holiday celebrations in her home most of her life.  Donna enjoyed entertaining and making people feel welcome.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Allen Kenneth Ellison; Brothers, Robert Wentworth, Daniel “Danny” Wentworth and Jack Wentworth.  Donna is survived by her Children, Kathy Redmond (Ernest), Glenn Ellison and Mark Ellison; Grandchildren, Kenneth, Ryan, Elizabeth, Andrea, Nicholas, Joshua and Tyler; 15 Great Grandchildren.  A visitation will take place Wednesday, March 30, 2022, from 5 pm until 8 pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home.  Service will follow Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 11 am at Floral Hills Funeral Home.
