NEWPORT - Donna Jean Pack, 72, a homemaker, died Saturday, Nov. 8, at her home.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Pack; sons, Steve McCarthy of Camp Springs and Timothy McCarthy of Cold Spring; daughter, Tammy Usleaman of Newport; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 12, with service following at Madison Avenue Assembly of God, Covington. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill. Cooper Funeral Home, Alexandria, is handling arrangements.
