Dorothy Comer

Dorothy Comer,
95, of Latonia, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 6, 2014 at Rosedale Green Care Center. She was a member of the Latonia Baptist Church for over 60 years where she worked in the nursery. Dorothy was a care giver and loved working in her garden. She was one of twelve children born to Willie and Etta Belle Barrett. She is preceded in death by her husband William M. Comer and her son Charles E. Comer. Dorothy is survived by her children Donna (Bill) Moore of Covington, KY and Danny (Helen) Comer of Sparta, KY; grandchildren Mike, Kim, Robert and Stacy; step grandchildren Carla, Billy, Tracy and Brian; 27 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; sister June Edinger of Daytona Beach , FL and many extended family members. Memorials suggested to the Kentucky School for the Blind Louisville, Cincinnati Children's Hospital or Latonia Baptist Church. A Visitation will be held Friday, July 11, 2014 from 5pm until 8pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 10am.
