Douglas V. Herthel,
Of Ft. Wright passed away April 28, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood. He was a retired pipefitter for local #392; served in the US Army; an avid golfer,professional musician, past president of the Lookout Heights Civic Club and past coach for Bengal Tigers youth baseball. He is survived by his loving wife Joyce Herthel; sons Greg Herthel, Keith (wife Maria) Herthel and Kevin (wife Jacqueline) Herthel; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 30th from 11am until time of service 1pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
