ALEXANDRIA - Dwayne Joseph Perry, 40, died Saturday May 24 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
He was a maintenance worker for Wal-Mart.
Survivors include his daughter, Valerie Perry; son, Taylor Perry; parents, Fay Perry and Michael Perry; brother, Christopher Perry; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday May 30 with service following at Cooper Funeral home, Alexandria. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
