Earnest Keaton

Earnest Keaton, 68, passed away on May 1, 2017 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 15, 1948 to Luchion and Nora Crase Keaton, who preceded him in death. On November 16, 1968, he married D. Sue Larson who survives.
Earnest is survived by his children Nicole, Lea Ann (Rob) , Danielle and Hunter; grandchildren Allie, Cory, Shanda, Shane, Keaton Chase, Bobby Ray, Tabitha, Nina and Carlee; great grandchildren Juliana, Arianna, Nora and Kiara; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Along with his parents, Earnest was preceded in death by his oldest daughter Bobbie Jo in 1995, and his brothers Genis and Chan.
Earnest loved his family and enjoyed having them around. He was an avid fisherman and he loved sitting on his porch taking target practice to get used to his new gun. Earnest played Santa Claus for many years, bringing great joy to all. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 5 at Floral Hills Funeral Home from 5 - 7 pm. Friends may also call on Saturday, May 6 from 9 am until time of service at 10 am. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. To leave online condolences please visit www.floralhillsmemorialgardens.com
