75 of Lakeside Park, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood, Kentucky. A retired teacher from the Covington School District, Ed was a member of the First Christian Church of Covington. Ed is survived by his wife of 46 years Alicia Blanke nee: Norman. He is also survived by his children Jane (Jack) Ryan, Jon (Valerie) Blanke and Brooke Blanke; grandchildren Danielle, Hayley, Colleen, Derrick, Andrew and Eric; great grandson Maverick and sister Betty (Jim) Hurst. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 1pm until time of Funeral Service at 4pm. Private burial.
