Edward Robert "Bob" Sprengelmeier

Edward Robert "Bob" Sprengelmeier, born on July 3, 1934, passed away on October 14, 2024.  Bob dedicated 43 years of his career to R.A. Jones Manufacturer, exemplifying the values of hard work and commitment. Bob's life was enriched by hunting and fishing in his spare time. In 39 years of marriage to his dear wife, Margaret, family members fondly recall that Bob truly did not know what life was before he met her. 

Bob is survived by his wife Margaret, Margaret's daughters; Audrey O'Brien (James), Judy Wootton and Jacki Ligon, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, his nephews; John Struewing and Michael Struewing (Kim) and his nieces; Donna Coakley (Robert), Sharon Wiseman (Bob) and Lori Armstrong (Sean). 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Celeste Sprengelmeier, his sister Mary Dolores Struewing, Margaret's son Larry Ligon, granddaughter Rebekah Gripshover and nephew Bobby Struewing. 

Visitation will be held on October 17, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home - Chapel A, located at 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY, 41015. Interment will follow at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery, 3140 Limaburg Rd, Hebron, KY, 41048, where Bob will be laid to rest at 1:30 PM.
