Forever with the Lord
Eileen M. Pryor was born May 23, 1927 and entered into Heaven October 3, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Alice Dick, her husband, Richard L Pryor Sr. and five siblings. She is survived by two children, Rick and Sharon, two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was born in Henderson, Nebraska and was a person of great faith and kindness.
Along with her family, she moved to Washington State during WW II. She worked in the Bremerton shipyard repairing battleships before being promoted to payroll. Eileen was a genuine Rosie the Riveter.
While there, she met and married Richard (Dick) Pryor in 1946. Dick's Naval service was complete so they took a troop train to Union Terminal in Cincinnati, Ohio to live near Dick's family. They settled in Northern Kentucky where they raised their family.
Eileen and Dick were married 41 years at the time of his death and 75 years at the time of hers. Eileen had a servant's heart. She was never happier than when doing for others. She lived I John 3:11, " For this message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. "
