Ellen Armstrong, 66, of Cold Spring, KY passed away on March 5, 2017. She was the daughter of the late James and Bonnie Merchant. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Dennis Armstrong; her daughter Amy (Scott) Krier and son Eric (Rachel) Armstrong; brother Bill Merchant; sister Kate Merchant; grandchildren Matthew, Elizabeth, Thomas, Henry and Katherine.
