Ethel Rosemary Cordray

Ethel Rosemary Cordray, age 75, of Carrolton, KY, formerly of Walton, KY for 40 plus years, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 27, 2024, with her loved ones beside her. 

Ethel was born on February 18, 1949, in Covington, KY to Raymond C. and Lou Ellyn (nee Hold) Russ. She enjoyed tending to her garden, a good puzzle, but most of all, Ethel loved traveling to different campsites with her husband throughout the years. 

Ethel was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jackie Rubin Cordray, Sr.; brother, Raymond Russ; and daughter-in-law, Margret “Peg” Cordray. She is survived by her loving children: Jackie Rubin Cordray, Jr., Raymond T. Cordray and Jennifer M. Cordray; grandchildren: Chablis, Allie, Carly and Oakland; 7 great-grandchildren; brother: Joey (Deborah) Russ and sisters: Judy (John) Haney and Bobbie Jean Holt. 

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Rd., Taylor Mill, KY 41015.
