TAYLOR MILL - Frances Cooper, 71, died Friday, June 20, at her home.
She was a tailor for Globe Tailoring and member of Shield of Faith Pentecostal Church in Newport.
Survivors include her son, Robert Cooper; daughters, Teresa Marcum and Diane Records; stepmother, Frances Bowles; brothers, Clarence, Denis and Robert Bowles; and sisters, Phyllis Hawkins, Betty Bowles and Julie Sandlin; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Monday, June 23, at Cooper Funeral Home, Alexandria and service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Community Pentecostal Church, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
