FORT WRIGHT - Fred C. Caldwell Jr., 68, died Saturday, Jan. 2 at Baptist Care Center, Erlanger He was a transportation manager with the U.S. Postal Service, a member of Squires Car Club, chairman of the Cavalcade of Customs, producer of Bridalrama and a member of the Viper Club of America.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Caldwell of Fort Wright; son Freddie C. Caldwell III of Union; daughters Kimberly Kathman of Edgewood and Karen Stenken of Fort Mitchell; one sister, Susan Braggs of Clear Lake Shores, Texas; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, at the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home in Ludlow. Catholic blessing will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, with burial following at Floral Hills Cemetery in Taylor Mill.
