Garland Joel Inman

Garland Joel Inman, beloved husband, brother, and friend, passed on August 10, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, Kentucky. He was born on May 2, 1956, in Maryland. Garland was a devoted Delivery Driver and Shoe Salesman, always finding joy in his work and interactions with others.

Garland's jovial and light-hearted nature endeared him to all who knew him. Described as a prankster, he had a knack for making people laugh with his and playful demeanor. His laughter was infectious, and his ability to bring smiles to those around him will be cherished and remembered by many.

In his leisure time, Garland enjoyed playing video games such as Call of Duty and Red Dead Redemption. He also found pleasure in going to the movies and attending concerts, relishing in the thrill of entertainment and shared experiences.

The services to honor and remember Garland will be held on August 16, 2024, at Floral Hills Funeral Home - Chapel A in Taylor Mill, Kentucky. A Visitation will take place from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Service from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The Burial will then be at Floral Hills Cemetery in Covington, Kentucky, from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Garland will be deeply missed by his loving wife of almost 18 years, Tracy Inman. He is also survived by his sisters: Santa Maria, Cha-Cha, and Faith; his sister-in-law, Angie Setter; and his father-in-law, James Mardis. Garland was preceded in death by his brothers, Alan Inman and Donald Inman.

In addition to his immediate family, Garland leaves behind many other family members and friends who were touched by his kindness, humor, and warm spirit. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
