Geneva "Jean" Perry, 78, of Independence died Sunday, Oct. 18 at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood.
She was a cafeteria worker for the Kenton County School District, a member of the Independence Lions Club and a fire district board member.
Her husband, Donald E. Perry, died earlier this year.
Survivors include her daughter, Connie Ford of Union; sons, Ronald Perry of Independence, Donald Perry of Morning View and John Perry of Alamogordo, N.M.; sister, Wanda Chipman of Florence; five grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 22 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.
