80 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away November 27, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband James David Kelly and son James Jack Kelly. Gloria is survived by her children Deborah K. Ramsey of Louisville, KY, Mary K. (husband Richard) Villier of Cincinnati, OH, Pamela Sue (husband David) Arnold of Cincinnati, OH and David Lee (wife Julie) Kelly of Newport, KY; 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brothers James R. Ramsey of FL, Larry W. Ramsey and Warner L. Ramsey of Kentucky; sisters A. Faye Bley of KY, Gwen L. Vallandingham of KY and Cynthia Steele of FL. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 6, 2013 from 11am until time of service 1pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
