Gregory Scott Tucker

Gregory Scott Tucker, of Bellevue, KY passed away after a courageous battle with cancer

on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY at the

vibrant age of 58. He was born in Dayton, KY on June 17, 1965, the son of Harry and

Barbara Tucker. Scott worked at Greif, Inc. for over 30 years as a shift supervisor. In his

free time, Scott often enjoyed playing golf and cards, watching horse racing and hanging

out with his near and dear friends. His greatest joy, however, came from spending time

with his family whom he cherished deeply. Preceding Scott in death was his beloved

mother, Barbara Tucker. Those left surviving to carry on Scott’s legacy include his loving

children, Joe (Taren) Tucker, Hannah Tucker and Jordan Tucker; father, Harry Tucker;

siblings, Tara (Jeff) Kohls, Chris Tucker and Ty Tucker; grandchildren, Kwintin and

Jaxson; as well as many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends who are

now emptier upon his sudden passing. A gathering of friends celebrating Scott’s life will

be held from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at Floral Hills

Funeral Home, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015. A memorial service

will immediately follow at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Scott will then be laid to rest at
