COVINGTON - Harold W. McPhearson Sr. 96, Wilmore, formerly of Covington, died Monday at Thomson Hood Veterans Center.
He was a retired maintenance worker and retired in 1967 from the United States Postal Service, Covington. He was a member of First Christian Church, Richmond, a World War II U.S. Army Veteran, avid golfer, member of American Bowling Commission, Cincinnati, and member of Ludlow KY VFWs Post #7099.
His wife Janet Dietemeyer McPhearson died previously.
Survivors include his sons, Harold W. McPhearson Jr. and John F. McPhearson; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. Wednesday with services following at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill. Memorials: First Christian Church 14 West 5th St. Covington, KY 41011.
