COVINGTON - Hazel Foreman, 86, died Jan. 28 at St. Elizabeth Hospital South, Edgewood.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God, Crescent Springs.
Her husband, Gordon Foreman died previously.
She is survived by her sons, Gordon and Charlie Foreman; daughter, Betty Jo Kennedy; sister, Mayme Eckler; thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Jan. 31 with services following at Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home, Covington. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
