Hazel Morgan

Hazel Dunn Morgan, 93, of Florence, passed away at home from this life to heaven after a lengthy illness at the home of her son Randall and Vicky of California, Kentucky.  Hazel was born January 8, 1929 in Madison County, Kentucky, to the late Jeff and Hester Dunn.  She was a member of the Crescent Springs Church of God.  She loved the Lord, family and country.  Her favorite hobbies were flowers and gardening and of course her puppy Bella.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Othia Horn and Elbert Morgan; four sisters, Myrtle Horn, Lucy Hutchinson, Mary Wall, and Flora Horn; eight brothers, Hargis, Hamp, Oscar, Luther, Leonard, Jim, Edd and Jay Dunn. Hazel is survived by her six children; Caroline Schafer of Alexandria; Brenda Fillhardt of Alexandria; Janice Horn; Randall (Vicky) Horn; Othia Horn;  Jerry (Linda) Horn;  14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and 2 on the way. She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 18, 2022, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, where visitation will be held from 11-1 PM, with burial to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
