Hazel Perkins, 92, of Newport died Wednesday, Nov. 11 at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas.
She owned Perkins Antique Shop in Covington with her late husband, Samuel Perkins.
In addition to her husband, her daughter, Jean Mason, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sisters, Martha Buckner of Harrodsburg, Beats Kennedy of Somerset and Joyce Helton of Cincinnati; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
Committal service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13 at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill. Floral Hills Funeral Home in Taylor Mill is handling arrangements.
Memorials are suggested to Baptist Convalescent Center, 120 Main St., Newport, KY 41071.
