Helen Louise Spencer Green, 92, of Villa Hills, formerly of Covington, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
She was a retired waitress from Twin Oaks Golf Club, Latonia, and former owner of Pandora's Box antique shop, Covington.
Her husband, Edwin Green, died in 2002.
Survivors include daughters, Janice Carpenter of Independence and Angela Hall of Villa Hills; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at noon Tuesday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Entombment will be in Floral Hills Cemetery Mausoleum, Taylor Mill.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association, 644 Linn St., Suite 1026, Cincinnati, Ohio 45203; Madonna Manor, 2344 Amsterdam Road, Villa Hills, Ky. 41017; or St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S. Loop Road, Edgewood, Ky. 41017.
