CRESTVIEW HILLS - Helen L. Thornberry Johnstone, 78, died Thursday, April 23, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
She was a tax examiner for the Internal Revenue Service for 30 years and member of Latonia Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Carroll P. Johnstone; son, David Johnstone of Edgewood; daughter, Stacey Ryan of Lakeside Park; brother, Lloyd Thornberry of Southgate; sister, Geneva Questa of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren
Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday, April 26, and service will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 27, at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
Memorials: Latonia Baptist Church, 3800 Church St., Latonia, KY 41015; or St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017.
