EDGEWOOD - Howard "Pete" Stephens, 72, died Friday, Oct 3, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. He was a salesman for Winnelson Co. in Wilder and member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Independence.
His wife, Donna Runyon Stephens, died in June.
Survivors include his sons, Jeffrey of Edgewood, Anthony of Evansville, Ind. and Gary Stephens of Independence; brothers, Robert of Latonia, Les of Walton and Wayne Stephens of Oxnard, Calif.; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, with service following at Swindler & Currin Funeral Home, Latonia. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
Memorials: St. Elizabeth Hospice Program, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
