Ira K. Ferguson,

82 of Brooksville, KY formerly of Ft. Thomas, KY passed away Saturday February 6, 2021. He was a past Ft. Thomas Volunteer Fire Fighter and an avid bowler, spending may days at LaRue Lanes. Ira retired from the Cincinnati Post Office where he worked in maintenance and was lovingly known by his fellow employees as “Kenny Kanacka”. He is survived by his wife of 61 ½ years, Deanna Ferguson. Ira is also survived by his daughter and son-in-law Cherie and Dan Williams; son Gary Ferguson; daughter-in-law Berttie Ferguson; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; many extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his son Bryan Ferguson and siblings Gene Ferguson, Mary Ann Kemplin and Janice Wilmouth. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Friday, February 12, 2021 from 12p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1p.m. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
